As an independent artist based in Switzerland, I do my best to keep shipping costs as simple and affordable as possible. All items are made to order or carefully prepared before shipping. Please note that the delivery times below are estimates and may vary depending on your location and local postal services.

Returns & Refunds
Because all products are made to order, cancellations are only possible before production begins. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible. I will do my best to accommodate cancellation requests received within 24 hours of purchase, but I cannot guarantee cancellation once production has started.
Returns and exchanges are not accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong product
- Providing an incorrect shipping address
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or other fees charged by their country. Orders that are refused or rejected due to unpaid customs charges, duties, or tariffs are not eligible for a refund.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error, please contact me within 14 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. If the issue is confirmed, a replacement or refund will be provided at no additional cost.
